The MG Car Club was established alongside the Abingdon factory in 1930 and has been providing support for MG enthusiasts ever since. With over 80 years of experience, the Club is uniquely placed to help you get the most from your MG.
On average, the Club organises more than 80 events every month. From social to touring, track days to trials and sprints to hillclimbs; there's something for every MG enthusiast. With affiliated clubs in 85 countries worldwide, including 13 Regional Centres across the Britain and Northern Ireland, you’ll also have the opportunity to meet other like-minded MG owners in your area.
The MGCC offers a range of benefits for members, including exclusive insurance packages, tickets to events, and access to a Trade Partners scheme, which helps you find competitively priced MG parts from trusted suppliers across the UK.
The key to getting the most from your membership is to become involved in the wide range of MGCC-organised activities. Whilst the Club magazine, Safety Fast, is good value for money, the activities, track days and social opportunities make the Car Club such a unique organisation.
MG Motor continues to work closely with the MG Car Club. In fact, over the last 12 months the club has been working with SAIC on the development and formal affiliation of an MG Car Club in China.
In the UK, we’ve worked together at the MG Live events for several years. The Club has even helped support the launch of this website by providing images including John Thornley's portrait and information about MG's early years in Oxford before 1930.
